New Multi-company platform — run every brand from one login

The dispatch platform built for transfer operators.

From the moment a hotel raises a trip ticket to the guest's signature on arrival — TranspoPH keeps every booking, driver and vehicle in one live operation. No more group chats and end-of-day spreadsheets.

Every company's data is isolated — drivers, bookings and hotels never cross tenants.

The daily reality

Most transfer fleets are run on chat threads and spreadsheets

It works until it doesn't — a missed airport pickup, a driver double-booked, a hotel asking for a trip record nobody can produce. TranspoPH replaces the whole improvised stack with one system built for this exact job.

Before

The 6 a.m. scramble

  • Bookings arrive by text, email and phone — and get retyped into a sheet.
  • Finding a free driver near the pickup means calling around.
  • "Where is the car?" is answered by messaging the driver.
  • Proof of completion is a photo in a chat, lost by next week.
  • Month-end reconciliation is rebuilt by hand, per hotel.
With TranspoPH

One board, one source of truth

  • Hotels raise their own trip tickets in a portal — no retyping.
  • Nearest suitable driver is ranked by real road distance, not guesswork.
  • Live vehicle positions on the map, refreshed continuously.
  • Guest signs on the driver's phone; the signature is filed to the ticket.
  • Daily monitoring, posting and recon exports in one click.
How it works

Watch one trip ticket travel the whole system

Five steps, start to finish — the same path every booking takes, whether it came from a hotel partner, your CSR desk or the public form.

Pickup Solaire Resort
1 Trip ticket raised

A booking lands on the board

The hotel's front desk submits it from the property portal, or your CSR logs it directly. It appears instantly as status NEW with its own trip ticket number.

Ranked by real driving distance

TranspoPH filters to drivers who are online and in a vehicle of the right type, then ranks them by actual road distance to the pickup — not a straight line on a map.

Push notification Job accepted · 4s
3 Dispatched & accepted

The driver's phone lights up

A push notification reaches the driver app with the full job card. One tap to accept moves the ticket to DRIVER ACCEPTED and marks that driver busy so nobody double-books them.

Everyone can see where the car is

The app streams position every 60 seconds. Dispatchers watch the vehicle move on the live map and answer "where is my car?" without calling anyone.

Signed for, filed, and reportable

The guest signs on the driver's phone. The signature is attached to the trip ticket, the driver returns to the available pool, and the trip drops into your daily monitoring and recon exports.

Everything in the box

Built for the way transfer operators actually work

Not a generic fleet tool bent into shape — every screen is modelled on hotel transfers, airport runs and the paperwork that follows them.

Trip tickets, not "jobs"

Guest, flight number, transfer type, issued-on, booked-by, charges and CSR — the fields your paperwork already has, with a numbered ticket everyone can quote.

Nearest-driver dispatch

Real road-distance ranking over your own routing engine, filtered to drivers who are online and in the right class of vehicle.

Live vehicle tracking

Continuous GPS from the driver app, plotted on the dispatch map with each vehicle's current status and last-seen time.

A portal for your hotels

Give each property its own login to raise bookings and watch their own trips — branded with their logo, scoped to only their data.

Signature on completion

The guest signs on the driver's phone. The image is filed against the trip ticket as proof of service, retrievable months later.

Staff roles & permissions

Admins see everything; staff get only the pages you tick — dispatch, drivers, vehicles, users — so a new CSR can't wander into billing.

Dispatch console

The board your dispatchers live in

Every ticket for the day, colour-coded by state, filterable by hotel and date. Assign a driver, reassign mid-shift, or hand a trip to an external partner without leaving the screen.

  • One-click exports — daily monitoring, posting and recon sheets, per hotel or across the fleet.
  • Guarded status flow — the system refuses transitions that don't make sense, so the audit trail stays clean.
  • External drivers — subcontract a trip and still keep the record and the plate number.

Driver app

Android app your drivers will actually use

Sign in with the company code, go online, and jobs arrive by push. Big targets, one screen at a time, and a workflow that mirrors the trip: accept, head to pickup, start the transfer, collect the signature.

  • Turn-by-turn ready — pickup and drop-off open straight into navigation.
  • Trip history — every completed run, searchable by the driver themselves.
  • Token-secured — drivers only ever see their own company's jobs.

Property portal

Let your hotel partners book themselves

Every property you work with gets its own branded login. Their front desk raises transfers directly, sees the status of their own guests' trips, and stops phoning your dispatcher for updates.

  • Their logo, your platform — the portal wears the property's brand.
  • Scoped tight — a property sees only its own bookings, never another hotel's.
  • Works both ways — hotels can work with more than one transport company on TranspoPH.

Run several companies without running several systems

Each transport company on TranspoPH gets its own drivers, vehicles, hotels, users and bookings — sealed off from every other company on the platform. Staff sign in with a company code alongside their email, so the right console opens every time.

Questions

The things operators ask us first

Do our drivers need new phones?
No. The TranspoPH Driver app is a standard Android app and runs on the mid-range handsets most drivers already carry. It needs location permission and a data connection — nothing else.
What happens to the bookings we already have on file?
They come with you. Existing trips, hotels, drivers and vehicles can be imported during onboarding so your history stays intact and your reports don't start from zero.
Can a hotel work with more than one transport company?
Yes — that's deliberate. Properties aren't locked to a single operator, so a hotel can raise bookings with you and with another company on the platform, each in its own portal, without either of you seeing the other's trips.
Is our data separated from other companies on the platform?
Completely. Every driver, vehicle, booking, hotel and user record is bound to your company, and every screen and API request is filtered by it. Staff sign in with your company code, so there is no path from one operator's console into another's data.
What if we need help mid-shift?
There's a support page built into your console — raise a ticket and it lands directly with the TranspoPH team, with the whole thread kept against your account. No separate helpdesk login to remember.
Can we still use external or partner drivers?
Yes. A trip can be assigned to a driver outside your roster by recording their name and plate number, so subcontracted work still produces a proper trip ticket and shows up in your exports.

on one board.

If you move guests between hotels and airports for a living, TranspoPH was built for you. Sign in to your console, or get in touch and we'll set your company up.
